Ever since you improved your app, to enable me to do more on line I have been unable to access my account as the Pin No has been blocked. I have tried to reset my Pin No, but it will not allow me do it.

I went 2 times in sefakoy branch for opening new Bank account and both times she have not open my account . she say system is not working you can go another bank..I have nafus and every documents but they didn't open my account.
